TS General Activities

Tenders, Offers & Contracts

Preparing tenders according to the required positions, experience and profession jointly with the Technical Affairs Department & the Finance Department.

Preparing offers for new Clients & new categories to match with the Client needs.

Finalizing the contract jointly with the Technical Affairs & Finance.

Manpower plan

Recruiting:

  • Receiving your completed hiring request form. (The form sent to you by B&B).
  • Receiving the JDs (To be provided by the client unless otherwise stated).
  • Talent search (internal database + external search, Ads & job postings).
  • Screening & short listing according to our agreed criteria.
  • Interviewing candidates in our premises or in your premises based on our agreement.
  • Sending the employment offer to the selected candidate.

N.B: we are keen to always keep our clients up to date about the salary fair market price in order to retain our calibers and reduce the turnover rate.

Personnel

  • Receiving the Hiring documents
  • Once the candidate is selected we will be responsible of receiving all the requested hiring documents.
  • Dealing with the governmental entities.
  • Dealing and communicating with concerned governmental authorities; which includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
  • Finalize all governmental related forms (Form 1, and Form 6) and work permits.

Employees Contracts

  • Handel all the contracts process from issuance till renewal.
  • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required

Bank Account Issuance

  • Issue a bank account for each newly hired employee.

Medical & Life insurance Service

  • We provide a tailored plans of medical and life insurance service based on the client’s requirements with a very competitive prices and services.
  • We are responsible of the whole process of medical & life insurance (Addition, Deletion, Reimbursement, and Approvals).
  • In life insurance we already had two different cases one of them was death case and the other one was partial disability and we had a very competitive compensations for them from the life insurance company.

Medical Examination

  • All selected candidates are required to undergo and pass the standard medical examinations, B&B has its own network of approve and accredited hospitals for this kind of examinations.

Administer all employees’ related requests

  • Administer all employee's relation (HR letter, experience letter, payment request, …)
  • Recording and maintaining the attendance and leaves of the company’s employees.

Personnel Records

  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system either digitally or physically.

Payroll

Defining Payroll Policy

As the net amount to be paid is affected by multiple factors. The company's various policies such as pay policy, leave and benefits policy, attendance policy, etc. come into play at that time.

As a first step, such policies need to be well defined and get approved by the management and B&B to ensure standard payroll processing.

Gathering Inputs

Payroll process involves interacting with multiple departments and personnel. There can be information like mid-year salary revision data, attendance data, etc.

  Input Validation

Once inputs are received, we need to check for validity of the data concerning adherence to company policy, authorization/approval matrix, etc. We also need to ensure that no active employee is missed out and that no inactive employee records are included for salary payment.

Payroll Calculation

At this stage, the validated input data is fed into the payroll system for actual payroll processing. The result is the net pay after adjusting necessary taxes and other deductions.

Statutory Compliance

All statutory deductions such as income tax, social insurance employee and company share, labor office fund, and any other added deductible amount announced by the Egyptian government.

Payout

We pay salaries via bank transfer.

Administration

  • Transportation arrangements (Vehicles renting, Co cars & train tickets).
  • Accommodation arrangements with the Administration Dept. (Renting flats, hotel reservation).
  • Airline tickets reservation.
  • Obtaining the required visas for expat or local employees
  • Follow up with the Security Dept. for all kind of permits (Expat & nationals).

Financing

  • Issuing the letter of Guarantee to the Client & the required insurance certificate for the contracts.
  • Breakdowns for cost versus revenues for all projects.
  • Project’s Budget preparation.
  • Preparing salaries & timesheets to be submitted to the client

Work permit

  • Responsible for the whole process for work permit for the expats.
  • Renewing the permits for Expats

 Business Development

  • Maintain fruitful working relationships with our clients which helps in business developing and growing through frequent office & site visits to update the client needs.
  • Update the client information about GF from time to time.
  • Participation of most Manpower tenders.
  • Negotiations for a new contract.
